“…Multi-criteria decision making has wide application in all areas, and, when it comes to logistics, its transport subsystem is often used to select the type of transport [2,3]. A study on the evaluation and selection of sustainable transport means has been carried out [4] as well as the evaluation of transport systems in Brazil [5], the prioritization of the investments in transport infrastructure [6] and the selection of logistics providers [7,8], while, in another study [9], the evaluation of city logistics scenarios was carried out. “…Segundo Hussain et al (2018), a utilização da escala Likert, além de envolver aspectos objetivos e subjetivos sobre a satisfação do passageiro, torna mais confiáveis as respostas obtidas devido a simplicidade que ela transmite, fazendo com que os entrevistados se sintam mais familiarizados com as perguntas. Barbosa et al (2017) utilizaram-se de um método em que os pesos dos atributos são atribuídos por meio de consultas com especialistas na área, através de uma comparação par a par entre cada atributo, que serviram de base para o modelo de avaliação proposto. Barcelos et al (2017) empregaram um método no qual dispuseram-se quinze cartões contendo os atributos considerados no estudo, e foi pedido aos entrevistados escolherem os quatro atributos mais importantes dentre os quinze, e depois os quatro dentre os onze remanescentes, até que sobrassem somente três, e depois pediu-se que ordenassem os grupos de quatro cartões em importância, para daí ordenar-se a importância relativa entre cada atributo.…”
