The purpose is to explore the application and effect of scientific games based on artificial intelligence (AI) in preschool education under the smart city. An interactive scientific games model for children by virtual reality (VR) is constructed using the augmented reality (AR) technology in AI. This enables the product to continuously enrich its interactive functions in addition to realizing its own functional requirements, pay attention to user experience, and allow users to feel the pleasure and comfortable emotional communication brought by the product in the process of using it. The model mainly completes the interaction through gesture interaction and voice interaction, and it is further empirically analyzed by means of questionnaires and interviews. The results manifested that after the use of the intelligent interaction model of scientific games, 93.33% of the students in the experimental group were interested in scientific games, and 83.33% of the students in the experimental group had a clear understanding of scientific knowledge. Moreover, more students in the experimental group believed that they had received support from explanations, demonstrations, and guided conjectures, which was significantly different from the control group (P < 0.05). In the analysis of teacher interviews, it testified that the scientific values of preschool teachers and the reserve of basic scientific knowledge were still relatively weak, and their knowledge reserve could be improved in the future. Therefore, the research shows that the constructed model can improve the interest of scientific games and the ability of knowledge acquisition in preschool education, and provide an experimental reference for the development of intelligence and the improvement of teaching skills in the field of preschool education.

This study aims to provide information about the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on children's motor skills so that they can anticipate the prevention of motor skills decline and efforts to promote children's health behavior during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study uses a literature review method using a comprehensive strategy such as searching for articles in research journal databases. The databases used are Pubmed/MEDLINE, Scopus, Web of Science, and Embase. The keywords used in the search were COVID-19, motor skills, sports, movement and children. There were 20 articles obtained, and 7 articles were analyzed through the purpose, suitability of the topic, sample size, research protocol, and the results of each article. The results of this study explain that the COVID-19 pandemic has resulted in decreased motor skills due to children's activities at home such as increased sleeping habits, increased eating habits, increased screen time. Thus the role of parents is very important to maintain children's motor skills during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Smart Application is one that can be used to learn swimming for students in sports education. This study aims to reveal and explain the usability of smart swimming applications to explore factors influencing students' swimming learning outcomes in sports education. Data of this study were 300 sports education students that took swimming courses. Statistical analysis was performed using multiple regression analysis with the help of the software Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 16. Overall, the factors of learning motivation, physical activity, nutritional status, and V02Max have an F-table value of 105.605 > 2.25, while R2 is valued at 58.9%. The results of the t-test revealed that all those factors affecting swimming learning outcomes, with the t-count value are more significant than the t-table at a significance level less than 0.05, which is 0.000. Furthermore, all factors are interrelated and needed to each other to produce good quality student swimming learning outcomes. Therefore, adequate attention and good management are necessary for lecturers in teaching swimming materials to improve students learning quality in sports education.
