Morphology and natural history of familial adenomatous polyposis-associated dysplastic fundic gland polyps

Abstract: This cohort of patients with FAP-associated dysplastic fundic gland polyps rarely developed high-grade dysplasia and gastric adenocarcinoma was absent.
