Molecular docking, synthesis, characterisation and <em>in vitro</em> anti-mitotic evaluation of some novel pyrrole and pyrazole derivatives of purine

Abstract: Hydrazinyl purine derivatives react with acetonyl acetone in presence of glacial acetic acid in alcohol form respective pyrrole derivatives. Hydrazinyl purine derivatives react with acetyl acetone in presence of catalytic amount of hydro chloric acid in water form respective pyrazole derivatives. The structures of these compounds have been established by 1 H NMR studies, IR studies and Mass data.
