Modulação da variabilidade da frequência cardíaca em praticantes de CrossFit®

Abstract: INTRODUÇÃO: O CrossFit® é um tipo de exercício físico que afeta a homeostase do corpo exigindo ajustes pela via autonômica. Devido sua intensidade de treino ocorre uma modificação no tônus vagal e adaptações fisiológicas cardiovasculares. OBJETIVO: Verificar a variabilidade da frequência cardíaca em praticantes de CrossFit®.
