Tasikmalaya seen from the physiographical aspect has its own uniqueness because it has many hills known as the ten thousand hills. The Ten thousand has functions, namely: geological, ecological, hydrological, aesthetic, economic, micro-climatological, natural defense/fortress (buffer zone), as well as education and tourism functions. The method used in this research is descriptive with field observation data collection techniques based on Satellite Imagery analysis.. The method used in this research is descriptive with field observation data collection techniques based on Satellite Imagery analysis. Data analysis is based on satellite imagery data processing with ArcGIS which was developed. The facts on the ground show that the extinction rate of the hill reaches 70%. One of the driving factors for the extinction of the hill was the mining of mineral. The distribution pattern and factual conditions in the field showed that 41.67% of the hills experienced extinction and 58.33% of the hills were heavily damaged by sand mining. This disaster mitigation-based environmental management model includes: 1) Zoning of hill areas based on conservation functions, 2) community participation based on economic improvement. Ten thousand hill zoning and community participation based on economic improvement can be used as role models for environmental management based on disaster mitigation in Tasikmalaya which is located in the ten thousand hill area.

Tenaga kerja merupakan sumber daya yang penting untuk dikelola bagi perusahaan untuk memperoleh keunggulan dalam bersaing. Ketika pandemi Covid 19 datang maka banyak perusahaan besar memutus hubungan kerja dengan karyawannya untuk mempertahankan bisnisnya yang turun akibat penuruan penjualan. Bagi perusahaan kecil ini bukanlah sebuah keputsan yang mudah. Tidak mudah bagi usaha kecil untuk mencari sumber daya manusia yang mau bekerja di sektor usaha kecil. Ada beberapa alasan antara lain tidak adanya pendidikan dan pelatihan yang mempersiapkan seorang pekerja untuk siap bekerja di sektor tenaga usaha kecil dan kompensasi di sektor usaha kecil yang lebih rendah daripada di sektor manufaktur. Penelitian ini secara khusus melihat bagaimana pandemi mempengaruhi sektor usaha kecil terutama di Tasikmalaya. Sektor usaha kecil di Tasikmalaya dipilih karena sektor usaha kecil tersebut masih bersifat tradisional dan mengandalkan baik konsumsi orang lokal dan tenaga kerja lokal untuk dapat berproduksi. Ketika pengusaha kecil memutuskan untuk memutus hubungan kerja ia tidak dapat begitu saja mencari tenaga kerja dari tempat lain untuk bekerja. Selanjutnya pemutusan hubungan kerja akan memberi pengaruh yang lebih besar lagi saat pandemi telah berakhir dan usaha kecil hendak beroperasi dalam kapasitas penuhnya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode wawancara semi terstruktur. Dari wawancara yang dilakukan dengan pengusaha kecil dan para pekerja yang diputus hubungan kerja diperoleh beberapa hal. Pertama diperlukan sebuah kesamaan sudut pandang dalam menghadapi pandemi. Kedua pengusaha dan pekerja memiliki hubungan mutualisme dan saling membutuhkan satu sama lain. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini menyarankan agar kedua belah pihak menjalin hubungan dan bersama-sama mencari solusi untuk dapat melewati masa pandemi.

Abstract. Haryono, Wahyudewantoro G. 2020. The alien freshwater fish of Mount Galunggung, West Java, Indonesia. Biodiversitas 21: 1401-1408. Mt. Galunggung, located in West Java, Indonesia, is an active volcano renowned for its deadly eruption in 1982. This area has many waters bodies, but the fish communities have not been recorded, especially the alien or introduced fish species. Hence, the objective of the present study was to determine the alien fish diversity, abundance, local distribution and utilization in Galunggung vicinity. The study was done in March 2013 using survey method covering 10 stations. Fish sampling was based on catch per unit of effort (CPUE) using mainly electrofishing, gillnet and cast net. A total of 24 species were recorded during the survey, in which 13 were listed as introduced species. Poecilia reticulata was the dominant species with 7.4 ind./St and followed by Xiphophorus helleri with 5.3 ind./St. Both species were also widely distributed on the sites with 70% local distribution. The alien species in this area are mostly used for ornamental fish.
