Purpose: This research tries to integrate ESG factors in investment decision making in Indonesia. Research methodology: This research is applied research in which an existing framework is applied to a new environment. This study shows that the ESG factor can be applied in making investment decisions in Indonesia. It requires integration using multiple sources because companies in Indonesia are still not required to provide full disclosure regarding ESG factors. Results: The two industries in this study, namely the agriculture and mining industries, have similarities and both of them can benefit from applying social values to their business operations. When a company has a social impact, the community will support its existence because without the company, their socio-economic activities will be disrupted. Thus, it will be in the interest of the community and parties dealing with the company to maintain the company's existence. In the end, the conflict of interest will disappear and goal congruence will arise. When this condition is achieved, the company will be able to operate more optimally and increase its value. Limitations: This research limited to Indonesia context especially the agricultural and mining industry and their social context. Contribution: This research contributes on applying Porter Framework together with Responsible investment. Keywords: Porter, Responsible investment, Social economy, Government
The pandemic situation has suppressed various businesses in Indonesia and has provided opportunities for business actors to practice window dressing for presenting good company performance. The practice of window dressing is an example of financial statement fraud. Therefore, to anticipate this fraud, it is very important to examine the factors that cause companies to commit financial statement fraud. This study aims to analyze the fraud hexagon theory and its relationship with financial statement fraud. The research was conducted on state-owned companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the last 5 years (2016-2020). The method used to test the hypothesis is log-regression analysis. The results of the study prove that external pressure as a proxy for stimuli, CEO duality as a proxy for collusion, and nature of the industry as the proxied opportunity have predictive relevance to financial statement fraud. Even though from ten hypotheses only three hypotheses are proved, this result implied that when companies face a difficult situation and cannot achieve their financial target and they have the opportunity to change their financial records, it is very probable that they will conduct a financial statements fraud. Thus, the government needs to monitor and make policies to prevent this conduct for state-owned companies and other companies listed in IDX
BACKGROUND: The city of Bandung is an endemic area of dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF). Increased cases of DHF in the area have influenced the mortality rate. The number of deaths due to DHF in 2019 was 14 people. AIM: This study aims to analyze the epidemiological determinants and to observe the trend of analysis to project DHF cases. MATERIALS AND METHODS: This study used a case-control design. The case population is those who have DFH, while the control population is those who do not have DHF. There were 510 respondents included in this study. Samples were taken using a purposive sampling technique. Epidemiological determinants were analyzed using the Chi-square test and logistic regression, while the trend of the disease was analyzed using exponential smooth analysis. RESULTS: The result of this study showed that education (p = 0.036), the presence of mosquito larvae (p = 0.000), container materials (p = 0.002), water containers (p = 0.025), mosquito nets (p = 0.010), the presence of solid waste (p = 0.002), mosquito repellent plants (p = 0.041), and mobility (0.004). The most dominant epidemiological determinant was the presence of mosquito larvae (odds ratio = 3.2). The predictive index of DHF can predict people who are sick with DHF among the sick population is 68.6%. CONCLUSION: This study concluded that the significant epidemiological determinants are education, the presence of mosquito larvae, container materials, water containers, mosquito nets, the presence of solid waste, and mosquito repellent plants. Among those determinants, the presence of mosquito larvae is the most dominant factor. This study also concluded that there will be an increase in DFH cases over the next 5 years. Hence, it is important to increase larvae free index by empowering Kader Juru Pemantau Jentik (JUMANTIK) in Bandung and conducting epidemiological surveillance.

We think that in this era of increasingly networking, there is no mistaking that even small businesses are still integrated into the social networking system to increase marketing through various social media platforms. This study uses secondary data from scientific findings from some publications, both books, and scientific journals, especially in the marketing business. We have made research efforts to get the essence of understanding that can answer the problem of studying digital-based marketing literacy, especially this social media. Our strategy for getting the gist of the answer is through data analysis, which we believe is under a phenomenological approach, which starts with coding data analysis, then evaluates the data sharply, and we also interpret it so that we will be able to take the findings as conclusions that can answer the problem validly and impressive.

Karawang is a major rice producing city and currently serves as a barn for the entire Jakarta region. Modern industrialization posed a significant threat to local farmers, in terms of economic choices, as to either continue farming or explore other more viable alternatives. This research provides a comprehension description, using several available data to aid the farmers’ financial options. Secondary data were obtained from reliable public sources, including the Indonesian Central Bureau of Statistics, and were subsequently processed by the use of descriptive statistics and trend analysis. The results showed the existing conditions were responsible for the work preference in factories, due to higher compensation packages, compared to field experience. Meanwhile, land owners tend to switch to potential activities for higher economic value and profitable returns. This research extends the need for government intervention, in an effort to improve the living standard of Karawang farmers.
