Modeling, Design, and Analysis of MagnetoElastic NML Circuits

Abstract: With the predicted end of CMOS scaling process, researchers started to study several alternative technologies. Among them NanoMagnet Logic (NML) offers advantages complementary to MOS transistors especially for its magnetic nature.
