Mobilização Precoce Intra-Hospitalar Em Pacientes Após Acidente Vascular Cerebral: Revisão Sistemática

Abstract

Introdução: O acidente vascular cerebral é definido por uma síndrome clínica com início abrupto e insidioso de alterações vasculares focais ou globais. Complicações relacionadas à imobilidade são comuns e, para esses pacientes, a mobilização precoce tem como objetivo acelerar a capacidade de caminhar ou mover-se. Objetivo: Identificar as repercussões da mobilização precoce comparada à terapia convencional em pacientes após acidente vascular cerebral no período intra-hospitalar. Material e Métodos: Realizou-se uma revisão sistemática da literatura nas bases de dados SciELO, Bireme, Google Acadêmico e MedLine/PubMed. Foram selecionados artigos originais, contendo texto na íntegra, escritos em português, inglês ou espanhol, indexados entre 2012 a 2016 que avaliaram os efeitos da mobilização precoce comparada ao tratamento com terapia convencional. Resultados: Foram encontrados 257 artigos pela combinação de descritores, 42 foram selecionados para leitura do texto completo e, apenas, sete estudos foram incluídos nesta revisão. Destes, quatro sugerem que a mobilização precoce pode otimizar o estado funcional, dois trazem evidências de que o tratamento convencional é mais seguro, e apenas um é inconclusivo em relação a ocorrência de complicações graves ou melhora funcional atribuídos a mobilização precoce em pacientes após acidente vascular cerebral. Conclusão: Observamos que os melhores resultados ocorreram por meio da mobilização precoce aplicada após 24 horas do acidente vascular cerebral com melhora funcional a longo prazo e redução de complicações graves quando comparada a terapia convencional.
