“Mitarbeiterorientierung“ als Bestandteil eines Controlling-Systems in einer großen Landesverwaltung

Abstract: Zusammenfassung. Im vorliegenden Beitrag wird über die Entwicklung und Einführung eines Controlling-Systems in der Finanzverwaltung von Nordrhein-Westfalen berichtet, das neben leistungsbezogenen Zielen auch das strategische Ziel der “Mitarbeiterorientierung“ mit entsprechenden Kenngrößen abbildet.
