Missed opportunities for the diagnosis of Brucella infection among slaughterhouse workers at the Kumasi Abattoir, Ghana

Abstract: Brucellosis is a zoonotic disease in humans with its public health importance. Laboratory diagnostic methods targeting brucellosis are not performed in hospital settings across Ghana.
