Microenvironment-sensing, nanocarrier-mediated delivery of combination chemotherapy for pancreatic cancer

Abstract: Limited effectiveness of Raf and MEK inhibitors has impelled the interest to use the inhibitors of Extra-cellular Receptor Kinase (ERK) pathway in combination with Gemcitabine (GEM) in pancreatic cancer.
