Metabolism of DDE, DDD, and DDT in sheep

Abstract: Sheep were dosed orally for 28 consecutive days with DDE, DDD, or DDT individually, or with a mixture of these three compounds. In a second similar trial DDE was administered either alone or simultaneously with DDD and/or DDT. The dose rate for each compound in all cases was 1 mg pp'-isomer/kg body weight/day.
