Purpose: This study investigates the nexus between flexible working arrangements (FWA) and the productivity of the selected workplaces across the 6 geo-political zones in Nigeria. Research methodology: The descriptive survey design was used, with a population of 600 businesses in chosen states throughout Nigeria's six geopolitical zones. Using the statistical procedure developed by Krejcie and Morgan (1970), a sample size of 234 was found. Data was acquired from primary sources, and descriptive (mean) and inferential statistics were used to analyze the data with a 5% level of significance. Results: Flexible work arrangements had a positive statistical effect on workplace productivity (R2 = 0.882359, F = 1545.089, p-value = 0.05). Limitations: One state does not efficiently represent the geopolitical zones. Contribution: FWA can influence the development of business policies and strategies as revealed in the study. As such, businesses must adapt and invest in strategies that support and facilitate FWA such as information and technology systems, as they have become crucial to both staff and workplace viability. Purpose: To describe the ways in increasing the internet awareness for the mental health of the children and adolescent. Methodology/approach: It is a narrative literature review. Articles were taken from the Science Direct and Google Scholar databases. Inclusion criteria are review and research articles. The excluded articles that were not peer-reviewed and unavailable full-text paper. Articles were read twice to reduce the bias. The selected articles were summarized and narrated descriptively. Results/findings: Results revealed that cybersecurity awareness can be increased by digital literacy training. Children should be taught how to avoid risky online behaviour to increase the mental health of the children. The cybersecurity awareness program is good to be given to children in avoiding phishing, pornography, cyberbullying, identity theft, and breaking to privacy. Children must be taught how to keep their passwords safe and private. They also need to be more cautious when playing online games. Limitations: It is a narrative literature review, the result is not as accurate as a study. Contribution: The contribution is the digital literation and cyber security program can be taught to the children to keep the good mental health during the COVID-19 pandemic and the time beyond. Purpose: This study determined the influence of time management and self-directed learning on the academic performance of students in Mathematics. Methodology: A quantitative research design utilizing descriptive and correlational approaches was employed. 152 Grade 9 respondents were chosen from private schools in Davao City. Results: The findings indicated that time management is manifested most of the time and self-directed learning is much observed. Moreover, the academic performance in Mathematics is not proficient. Further, time management and self-directed learning were found to have no significant relationship with academic performance in Mathematics. Thus, time management and self-directed learning do not significantly predict academic performance in Mathematics. Limitations: This study only highlighted 152 students and 4 private schools that were offering blended learning modality. Contribution: The results and findings of this study can be used as a basis for creating interventions and programs to address problems in academic performance in Mathematics. Novelty: Most previous studies were conducted in a face-to-face learning modality; however, this study is contextualized in the blending learning modality.
