Klinik Bulgulardan Tanıya Oral Mukozal Kırmızı Lezyonlar Ö ÖZ ZE ET T Oral mukozal lezyonlar ile diş hekimligȋ, kulak burun boğaz ve dermatoloji kliniklerinde sıklıkla karşılaşılmaktadır. Oral mukoza, ağızda lokalize bir hastalık ya da sistemik bir hastalığın oral bulgusu olabilecek çok sayıda hastalığın görülebildiği bir bölgedir. Bununla birlikte iki haftadan uzun süren lezyonlara şüphe ile yaklaşılmalıdır. Detaylı anamnez ve hasta muayenesi ile oral mukozal lezyonlarının çoğunda tanı ve tedaviye ulaşmak zor olmamaktadır. Klinik bulgular hastalığın tanısının konmasında önemli ipuçları vermektedir. Oral mukozada oluşan lezyonlar renklerine, lokalizasyonlarına, etiyolojilerine ve morfolojik özelliklerine göre pek çok şekilde sınıflandırılmakta, renklerine göre ise beyaz, kırmızı ve pigmente lezyonlar olarak ayrılmaktadırlar. Kırmızı lezyonlar oral kavitede ortaya çıkan geniş, heterojen hastalık grubunu oluşturmaktadır. Lezyonların kırmızı rengi ince epitel yapısına, inflamasyona, kan damarlarının dilatasyonuna veya sayısının artmasına, kanın oral yumuşak dokular içine ekstravazasyonuna (sızmasına) bağlı olabilmektedir. Kırmızı lezyonlar; travmatik lezyonları, enfeksiyonları, gelişim bozukluklarını, allerjik reaksiyonları, immünolojik hastalıkları, premalign lezyonları, malign neoplazmları ve sistemik rahatsızlıkları içermektedir. Oral mukozadaki kırmızı lezyonlar; yüzey değişikliği, renk değişikliği, lokalizasyon, ağrı-yanma, kanama, ağız kuruluğu ve diğer klinik bulgular rehberliğinde teşhis edilebilmektedir. Hastadan alınan iyi bir anamnez ve yapılan iyi bir klinik muayene, oral mukozal lezyonların semptomlarının, özelliklerinin ve lokalizasyonlarının iyi değerlendirilmesi tanıya ulaşmada anahtar rol oynamaktadır. Oral mucosa is a region where many diseases can be seen, which may be a localized disease or an oral finding of a systemic disease. However, lesions that last more than two weeks should be met with suspicion. With detailed anamnesis and patient examination, it is not difficult to reach the diagnosis and treatment of most oral mucosa lesions. Clinical findings give important hints to the diagnosis of the disease. Lesions formed in the oral mucosa are classified according to their color, localization, etiology and morphological characteristics, and they are classified as white, red and pigmented lesions according to their color.
