Mechanisms of Antibacterial Action of Three Monoterpenes

Abstract: In the present paper, we report the antimicrobial efficacy of three monoterpenes [linalyl acetate, (؉)menthol, and thymol] against the gram-positive bacterium Staphylococcus aureus and the gram-negative bacterium Escherichia coli.
