The article provides a method of isolating a lipase producer and identification methods by classical methods in microbiology of an isolated micromycete producing lipase. The species affiliation of Penicillium hordei has been determined. The temperature of micromycete cultivation was studied, as well as the dynamics of Penicillium hordei lipase biosynthesis. Screening plans were also carried out (Plackett-Berman Plan), then optimization according to the steep climb plan and an experiment based on the plan of a full-factor experiment (three-level CFE) was also conducted to determine the optimal concentrations that are significant for lipase biosynthesis of components. A mathematical model is constructed that describes the relationship between the influence of two significant factors on the volumetric activity of P. Hordei culture fluid. The most optimal composition for the culture fluid for lipase biosynthesis, Penicillium hordei micromycete, was compiled.

Sea container terminals are an important infrastructure element in the global supply chain. An increase in the number and size of container ships, as well as an increase in container traffic, led to the expansion of sea container terminals and an increase in their capacity. Extra-large container vessels require more handling equipment, as well as more storage space for containers, and increased throughput capacity for supporting infrastructures. To solve these complex problems in a global competition, the search for integrated effective solutions is required. The article proposes a solution to the integrated digitalization of the sea container terminal.

Improving special motor vehicle internal combustion engines to raise environmental safety

The paper presents the results of theoretical and experimental studies of the environmental characteristics of internal combustion engines for commercial and public motor vehicles operating on the Diesel cycle using a hydrogen additive. An analysis of literary sources confirmed that there are different data on harmful emissions when using a hydrogen additive for internal combustion engines operating on the Diesel cycle. The results of theoretical and experimental studies of the environmental characteristics of internal combustion engines for commercial and public motor vehicles operating on the Diesel cycle using a hydrogen additive suggest the adequacy of the built model, since the error between the theoretical and experimental data did not exceed 14.5%. It was found that the concentration of NOx emissions in an internal combustion engine using a hydrogen additive operating on the Diesel cycle decreased by 52%. The above research results confirm the prospects for the use of hydrogen additive for internal combustion engines operating on the Diesel cycle, which was first used for commercial and municipal motor vehicles. It guarantees improved environmental safety in urban agglomerations.
