Manufacturing upgrading in industry 4.0 era

Abstract: Intelligent manufacturing system is considered as the key of industrial competitiveness, which has a far‐reaching impact on the enterprise development. This paper conducts an analysis of intelligent manufacturing in small and medium‐sized enterprises (SMEs). The study provides insight on upgrading manufacturing SMEs in industry 4.0 era.
