Studies show that greening the business is not only helpful in getting the green products to the consumers, but it also helps the business as a strategy for enjoying a competitive advantage and strengthening brand image. Green marketing practices are gaining wide acceptance among various marketing practices. Green marketing is the set of marketing activities that start with the procurement of the product to the delivery of the product to the end user in a greener way. On the other hand,eco-labeling is one of the important tools for the green marketing as it helps to differentiate the green products from non-green products. However, many times these eco-labels fail to attain their goals. The objective of this paper is to establish a relationship of eco-labels with consumer knowledge, information communication, trust and its impact on green purchase intention. Further, all these relationships were verified with the help of structural equation modeling (SEM), performed by using SmartPLS 3.0. The total sample size for the study was 506 Indian consumers. The study reveals that eco-labeling is a significant criterion for consumer trust and green purchase intention via consumer information and knowledge.

The Company's CEOs are always obsessed with diversification since the early 1960s and this belief is continuing to date. Diversified corporations run multiple businesses to generate various opportunities to gain competitive advantages and differentiate themselves in the market. This study considered the business strategy of business units (BUs) for diversified corporations. Based on the dominating strategy pursued by BUs, this study tried to investigate the level of collaboration between the BUs when these BUs have a similar strategy or different strategy. Thus, this article aims to examine the level of collaboration or coordination between BUs in Indian diversified companies. A survey was carried out with 107 companies for examination and these companies were chosen to be of different sizes and sectors. The findings represent that the level of collaboration is high when the BUs have a similar kind of business strategy while the level of collaboration is low when they have different kinds of business strategies. These findings are useful for the current organizations to seek collaboration between BUs in the diversified corporation.

The study was designed to evaluate the effect of physiological status and parity on metabolic pro le in crossbred Rambouillet ewes of Himalyan region. The study was conducted on 20 ewes divided into two groups, primiparous (PP) and multiparous (MP) with 10 ewes in each group. Blood samples were collected on 4-and 1-week pre-lambing and 1-and 4-weeks post-lambing to measure metabolic parameters and minerals. The glucose(p<0.01), Total plasma protein (TPP) (p<0.05), albumin (p<0.05), BUN (p<0.05), cholesterol (p<0.05), triglyceride (p<0.01), HDL-C (P<0.05), Calcium (p<0.01), Phosphours (p<0.05), Magnesium (p<0.01), Cu (p<0.05), and Zn (p<0.01) levels revealed signi cant change along the time with the concentration decreasing 3 weeks pre lambing to immediate post lambing thereafter levels increased steadily. Signi cant increase (P<0.01) was observed in NEFA, AST, GGT, Iron(P<0.05), and bilirubin (P<0.05) concentrations along the sampling time. No group difference was observed in any of the parameters however, parity and time interaction was observed in Glucose, NEFA, GGT, calcium, and phosphorus. While NEFA levels were signi cantly high in pre-lambing in PP ewes compared to MP ewes, the post-lambing levels were signi cantly high in MP ewes. Pre-lambing levels of GGT were at par between the two groups; however, post-lambing levels were signi cantly high in MP ewes. Glucose, Ca and Pi were low during pre-lambing in PP ewes and post-lambing in MP ewes. The result showed that ewes shows a signi cant change in metabolic pro le and trace minerals during late gestation and immediate post-partum, however these changes were more pronounced during late gestation in primiparous and post lambing in multiparous.
