“…Traumatic spino‐pelvic dissociation (TSD) refers to a series of complicated sacral fractures, which consists of a transverse fracture line perpendicular to the sacral canal associated with bilateral longitudinal fracture lines, resulting in complete dissociation of the upper sacrum and spine of the pelvis. The occurrence rate of TSD is 3%–6%. Of all pelvic fractures, and the main mechanism of injury is falling.…”
