The ability of human resources to utilize technology in each of their activities is a competency needed in the era of society 5.0. Meanwhile, Islamic educational institutions in Indonesia in general are slow in responding to changes and developments, so the readiness of human resources in Islamic educational institutions in welcoming the era of society 5.0 is very worrying. Therefore, this study aims to reveal how human resource management is carried out in Islamic educational institutions in Indonesia. The study was conducted using qualitative methods. Data were collected from three types of Islamic educational institutions, namely traditional, modern and integrated educational institutions. These three types of institutions represent all types of Islamic educational institutions in Indonesia. Data were collected by observation, interviews, as well as documentation studies. Data were analyzed through interactive techniques. Based on the results, first, traditional Islamic educational institutions have an istiqamah attitude in carrying out existing and natural management, so as not to give special treatment to human resources in welcoming the era of society 5.0. Second, modern Islamic educational institutions apply TQM in preparing human resources to welcome the era of society 5.0. Third, integrated Islamic educational institutions accommodate the changes while still relying on instilling student morals. These three types of Islamic educational institutions have different responses in welcoming the era of society 5.0 showing the existence of Islamic educational institutions to welcome the era.

The Industrial Revolution 4.0 to become Society 5.0 is a natural movement towards developing increasingly sophisticated information and technology. This study aims to propose a new construction in the field of Islamic education, namely the Islamic education system, to welcome the Era of Society 5.0. This research method is a literature survey combining previous references that follow the discussion. The findings of the researchers are that in welcoming the era of society 5.0, the education system fulfills three criteria for destructive thinking (innovation and creativity in learning), self-driving (hr professionals with a good mentality and open-mindedness, understanding situations quickly and accurately, honest and agile), and reshape or create (taking good experiences for better things). Studi ini mengusulkan konstruksi baru bidang pendidikan Islam yaitu system pendidikan Islam dalam rangka menyambut Era Society 5.0. Perlu diketahui bahwa Revolusi Industri 4.0 menjadi Society 5.0 merupakan gerakan nyata menuju perkembangan informasi dan teknologi yang semakin canggih. Metode dari penelitian ini adalah survei kepustakaan yaitu menggabungkan referensi-referensi terdahulu yang sesuai dengan pembahasan. The management of the Santri organization consisting of senior students at the Al-Mashduqiah Islamic Boarding School Kraksaan Probolinggo is a fairly important and potential human resource in leading the daily activities of all students at the Badridduja Islamic Boarding School in the Al-Mashduqiah Region. Its effectiveness and efficiency is highly dependent on the leadership of the ISMAH organization so that leadership and management training is very important for the administrators for self-development, training to become quality leaders and managers. This community service is carried out by implementing the PAR (Participatory Action Research) approach strengthened by field survey methods, analysis of problems developing in the field, FGD (Focus Group Discussion), SWOT analysis, direct action in the field consisting of mentoring programs in the preparation of organizational work programs. , assistance in the dynamics and sharing of organizational affairs, assistance in work evaluation activities, assistance in increasing the effectiveness of student discipline, and the implementation of a mini workshop program on leadership and management for organizational management. The results of this service contribute to controlling work program decisions that are not in accordance with the organization's SWOT analysis, Strengthening organizational HR work and increasing work understanding within the organization, Controlling irrelevant work programs and compiling feedback for further planning, Realizing a quality work culture that has implications for effectiveness and performance efficiency, and Improving the quality of understanding and understanding of organizational human resources theoretically and practically. This training is carried out by an organized team, by providing some materials and practices of leadership and management that have been planned for approximately 9 months. In addition, the team also accompanied the activities carried out in a planned manner by the management in order to monitor and evaluate the practices that needed to be improved so as to provide best practices for ISMAH administrators in carrying out their leadership and management tasks.
