Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar persentase keyakinan diri pelatih ekstrakurikuler olahraga di SMA se-Kabupaten Banyumas. Kegiatan ekstrakurikuler olahraga dapat benar-benar dirasakan manfaatnya dengan cara sekolah mampu mengadakan program dengan berorientasi pada prestasi olahraga khususnya olahraga individu seperti panahan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan metode survei. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket tertutup yang berjumlah 12 butir pernyataan valid dengan nilai reliabilitas sebesar 0,897. Sampel penelitian adalah pelatih ekstrakurikuler olahraga di SMA se-Kabupaten Banyumas yang berjumlah 40 orang dari 8 sekolah, yang diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, dengan kriteria pelatih SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Banyumas, ada ekstrakurikuler olahraga panahan, pelatih bersedia menjadi sampel. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif yang disajikan dalam bentuk persentase. Hasil penelitian keyakinan diri pelatih ekstrakurikuler olahraga di SMA se-Kabupaten Banyumas berada pada kategori “sangat rendah” sebesar 5,00%, “rendah” sebesar 22,50%, “cukup” sebesar 32,50%, “tinggi” sebesar 32,50%, dan “sangat tinggi” sebesar 7,50%How confident are the archery extracurricular trainers in Banyumas?AbstractThis study aims to determine the percentage of self-confidence of extracurricular sports coaches in high schools throughout Banyumas Regency. The benefits of sport extracurricular activities can be truly felt by the way schools are able to organize programs that are oriented towards sporting achievements, especially individual sports such as archery. This research is a descriptive research. The method used is a survey. The data collection technique used a closed questionnaire, totaling 12 valid statements with a reliability value of 0.897. The sample in this study was sports extracurricular coaches in high school throughout Banyumas Regency, totaling 40 people from 8 schools, which were taken using a purposive sampling technique, with the criteria of coaches at public high schools in Banyumas Regency, there was archery extracurricular, the coach was willing to be a sample. The data analysis technique used quantitative descriptive analysis which was presented in the form of percentages. The results of the research on the self-confidence of sports extracurricular trainers in high schools throughout Banyumas Regency are in the "very low" category of 5.00%, "low" of 22.50%, "enough" of 32.50%, "high" of 32. 50%, and “very high” at 7.50%.

This research was conducted to identify the most significant Malaysian football development coaching process model in Malaysian coaching context that describes the key development themes guided by Effective Coaching Model. A total of 14 head coaches from Malaysian State Sports Schools were chosen by using purposive sampling design. The research instrument used was an in-depth semi-structured interview with open-ended questions that emerged from Grounded Theory. Based on the analysis, the following six core categories and eighteen subcategories emerged that make up the effective coaching in the coaching process; i) coaching knowledge (professional knowledge, psychological knowledge), ii) coaching philosophy (characteristics, holistic approach), iii) planning (coaching syllabus, signature coaching, individual development, fun elements, risk management), iv) deliver (heuristic, empowerment, spirituality), v) analyzing (evaluating, observation, monitoring) and vi) outcome (competence, life skills, coaching intervention). It is suggested that the effective coaching process model will provide an impetus to examine further coaching processes and strategies to ensure all coaches are well supported, trained, and developed. The study's implication is suggested to assist the development of football coaches.

Small-sided games (SSGs) are played on reduced pitch areas, often using modified rules and involving a smaller number of players than traditional football. These games are less structured than traditional fitness training methods but are very popular training drills for players of all ages and levels. At present, there is relatively little information regarding how SSGs can best be used to improve physical capacities and technical or tactical skills in footballers. However, many prescriptive variables controlled by the coach can influence the exercise intensity during SSGs. In the context of soccer instruction, SSGs are frequently employed to give an engaging method of preserving the dynamics of an official game while making particular alterations to concentrate on certain behaviors and movements. Models for coaching provides some insight and guidelines into what coaches do. The purpose of the study is to build a coaching process model based on the "Small Sided Game" approach. The qualitative method was conducted in this study. The researcher used snowball sampling in which 10 sports schools coaches under NFDP program were interviewed. The numbers of participants were determined by saturation of information. The variation in exercise intensity during SSGs can improved with consistent coach encouragement but it is still more variable than traditional generic training methods. SSGs containing fewer players can exceed match intensity and elicit similar intensities to both long- and short-duration high- intensity interval running. This study implied the construction of the football coaching process model that can benefit the national football development at the grassroots level and provide alternative sources of knowledge for teachers or football coaches to coach their football teams.
