Beach tourism is tourism that widely associated with activities on the water, such as lakes, beaches, bays, or sea, which managed in an integrated and planned manner, so that they are ready to receive tourist visits. So far, the existence of beach tourism areas, which have a unique nature, have not been handled and managed optimally. This tendency is seen in some coastal regions, which have lost their original character and have even lost and changed their functions because they have not noticed. So one of the initial treatments is to identify the potential of beach tourism areas, to be developed through an ecological architectural approach, taking into account the surrounding natural environment, as well as the functions of the region. The purpose of this study is to formulate a beach tourism development strategy in the coastal area of the Pacitan Regency, through an ecological architecture approach. The formulation is base on descriptive exploratory methods, and physical spatial mapping of regional characteristics, as well as social-economic-cultural mapping. The final result of this formulation is as a Regional Regulation proposal, to be recommended and socialized by networking, to be followed up jointly by relevant stakeholders.

Brumbun hot springs which located in Lamongan regency has the potential of hot springs that emerge from the bowels of the earth so it will never be running out. The lack of attention from the government and communities make the condition of the tourist attractions of Brumbun hot springs becomes inaccessible and might causes damage for it’s existing and natural facilities. Besides, the lack of activities variant also makes less visitors. With the support of the regency government through spatial and regional plans, it is designed a development of natural attractions in order to improve the existence of a tourist attraction and the optimization of Brumbun’s natural potential. The method used is descriptive qualitative method with case study through stages of idea exploration, data collection through observation, interview, and ecological architecture literature, then through analysis phase with precedent study and supporting data consisting of physical condition of tourist object and government regulations related to tourism object development. The result of the analysis is in the form of four applied elements of wind as an ecological architectural aspect of the building, ie roof pond with open pond system, nako rooster, vertical garden with structural media, and cross ventilation.

Evaluating Regional Eco-Green Cooperative Development Based on a Heterogeneous Multi-Criteria Decision-Making Model: Example of the Yangtze River Delta Region

The coordinated development evaluation problem of a regional eco-green cooperative can be formulated as a heterogeneous multi-criteria decision-making (HMCDM) problem. Evaluation information can contain qualitative information and quantitative information, but it cannot determine the weight of the interdependence criteria subjectively. Firstly, this paper constructs an evaluation index system for regional ecological green coordinated development. The system includes four dimensions of coordinated development: the regional ecological environment, economic environment, social environment and policy environment, including 20 indicators with heterogeneous and multi-attribute characteristics. Secondly, we construct a heterogeneous multi-attribute decision-making model by calculating the relative closeness, and use the closeness to construct the value function to determine the weight index of each attribute. Finally, we make an empirical study on the performance evaluation of regional ecological green coordinated development of 27 cities in the central area of the Yangtze River Delta in China. The results show that the main driving force for the improvement of the level of regional ecological green coordinated development is the high-quality economic development, and the main obstacles to the degree of coordinated development of regional ecological green development are high energy consumption, high pollution and high emissions in industrial development; and a result found by sorting the degree of the regional ecological green coordinated development in the Yangtze River Delta city group. The heterogeneous multi-attribute decision model we proposed can effectively solve the weights of the ecological green collaborative development indicators, and the method has feasibility and effectiveness.
