Abstract:The analysis of soil cultivation technologies for sowing melon crops was carried out. The design of a combined soil tillage tool capable of plowing, pre-sowing treatment and formation of irrigation furrows in one pass was substantiated. The purpose of the study is to study and analyze the physical and mechanical properties of the seed pile of fodder crops. The results of determining the physico-mechanical properties of the seed pile of fodder crops obtained in the combing clover plants with a comb of the combing drum of the harvesting machine are presented. The basic principles and methods of classical mechanics, mathematical analysis, and statistics were used in this study. It was found that the stiffness of the stems of the seed pile at a humidity of 40-60% is in the range of 0.07-0.008 N / m2. At the same time, with a moisture content of 35-65%, its bulk mass is 80-185 kg/ m3, respectively. The minimum value of the angle of the natural slope of the clover seed pile is 48o, and its maximum value reaches up to 90o; the value of the static friction coefficient at a humidity of 40-60% is within 0.98-1.02, and the value of the dynamic friction coefficient is within 0.5-0.7. The pile's temperature is directly proportional to the storage time; during self-heating, the appearance of the pile gradually changes depending on the storage time and temperature duration.

The purpose is to investigate substantiate relative position working bodies of improved plow-ripper. Scheme of the plow-ripper is given. The plow-ripper consists of the left and right sections, a ripping share established down the axle of symmetry tool, improved working bodies with inclined racks. Analytics dependencies are mined to define distance between working organs and the distance between them along the plow-ripper. Experiments have been carried out come true the relation stance working bodywork. Experiments have established that with an increase in the distance between the working bodies with an inclined stand along the plow, the hail of crumbling ground increasing accordance law of a convex edge and the pulling force in accordance law of a curved parabola. It has been determined that in order to ensure the reliability of work and the quality of tillage with a minimum traction resistance, the spacing should be at least 30 cm, and the distance between the working bodies along the plow-ripper should be 60 cm.

In southern zone of cotton growing with insufficient moisture, one of the leading places is occupied by develop tools which simultaneously execute the technology trial of forming ridges and prepare them to display cotton. The purpose of research confirms design and the width gripper roller with elastic stems. Constructive scheme of the comb-maker with the roller-comb-makers is given. The proposed design scheme of the machine includes sequentially installed comb-makers and rollers-comb-makers. Analytic dependencies and mathematic patterns were obtained to define the width gripping roller of comb-forming machine. Theoretical and experimental studies have established that to ensure that the soil is prepared for sowing cotton on the ridges with minimum power consumption, width the gripping roller of the comb-forming machine should be at least 60 cm.
