Топографоанатомические особенности расположения сердца, его близкое взаиморасположение с легкими опреде-ляют высокую частоту развития легочных осложнений после операций на сердце. Вскрытие плевральной полости, изме-нение перфузии легочной ткани во время искусственного кровообращения (ИК), нарушение целостности каркаса грудной клетки лежат в основе патогенеза послеоперацион-ных легочно-плевральных осложнений. Частота таких ос-ложнений после вмешательств на открытом сердце состав-ляет 6-76% [4,7]. При развитии выраженной дыхательной недостаточности (ДН) требуется продленная вентиляция легких, что увеличивает сроки нахождения пациента в отде-лении реанимации и, соответственно, в стационаре [10].
