Local government as an institution of civil society: municipal-legal problems of interaction and functioning

Abstract: The article is devoted to the research of municipal-legal problems of increasing the efficiency of civil society functioning in Ukraine. The emphasis is on the need to improve and strengthen the legal status of local self-government as the fundamental institution of civil society.
