RESUMENIntroducción: El plan Director de la Atención Primaria a la Salud del Estado de Minas Gerais, Brasil, se constituyó en la principal directriz para la orientación del sistema de salud en redes de atención. El liderazgo surge en este contexto como competencia fundamental para el desarrollo de cambios teniendo su potencial para dirigir el proceso de trabajo en equipo. El objetivo fue describir como supervisores de enfermería definen y ejercen el liderazgo en la atención primaria de salud. Materiales y Métodos: Investigación cualitativa con 16 enfermeros. La recolección de datos por entrevista semiestructurada y análisis de datos fundamentada en la hermenéutica dialéctica. Resultados: Los núcleos de sentido fueron analizados en cuatro categorías: Percepción de los enfermeros con relación al concepto de liderazgo y el modo como la ejercen; el liderazgo del enfermero en la gestión de la atención primaria de salud; habilidades y competencias necesarias para ejercer el liderazgo en la atención primaria de salud; e desafíos en el ejercicio del liderazgo en la atención primaria de salud. Discusión: Las definiciones sobre liderazgo fueron coherentes con la forma en que las enfermeras desempeñan su trabajo cotidiano de los equipos, siendo predominante en los discursos de la teoría del comportamiento. Fueron identificados los estilos de liderazgo autocrático e democrático, predominando el democrático. Para ejercer el liderazgo hay una necesidad de busca permanente de comportamientos, conocimientos y desarrollo de habilidades. Conclusiones: Las enfermeras destacaron el liderazgo como: estar al frente del equipo; conducir grupo de personas; ser ejemplo; motivar y estimular al equipo. En el ejercicio del liderazgo se encontró que ellos se acercaban a los estilos autocráticos y democráticos. Palabras clave: Liderazgo; Enfermeros; Atención Primaria de Salud. ABSTRACT Introduction:The Master Plan for Primary Health Care in the state of Minas Gerais, Brazil, became the main guideline for the orientation of the health system in care networks. Leadership emerges within this context as a fundamental competence to carry out changes, considering its potential to guide the team work process. The aim of this work was to describe how nurse supervisors define and exercise leadership in primary health care. Materials and Methods: Qualitative research with 16 nurses. Data was collected through semi-structured interviews and data analysis was based on dialectic hermeneutics. Results: The sense nuclei were analyzed in four categories: perception of nurses with relation to the concept of leadership and how they exercise it; the nurse's leadership in managing primary health care; skills and competencies required to exercise leadership in primary health care; and challenges in the exercise of leadership in primary health care. This article analyzes the feasibility of implementing a program that monitors the hearing and language development in the first year of life. It is a prospective longitudinal study, in which 41 community health workers were invited to monitor, on a monthly basis, by means of a questionnaire validated earlier, the hearing and language of children born in their micro areas of expertise. Thirty-nine community health workers agreed to participate, with only two refusals. Five gave up participating. Twenty-six (66.66%) did not perform monitoring, seven (17.94%) monitored improperly and only six (15.38%) monitored properly. Just one child failed the quiz, who was forwarded to the hospital that conducted the auditory screening for retesting. These professionals' high activity demand was considered the main reason for the difficulties encountered in this project. In addition, there is the difficulty to have contact with the Family Health Strategy teams, as well as the impossibility of permanent face-to-face discussions and the influence of the community health agents' supervisors.

Objetivou-se conhecer o exercício da liderança do enfermeiro na Estratégia Saúde da Família, bem como as dificuldades e estratégias adotadas pelos enfermeiros para liderar. Estudo qualitativo, descritivo e exploratório realizado com 12 enfermeiros da Estratégia de Saúde da Família de Pelotas, Rio Grande do Sul. As informações foram obtidas por meio de entrevista semi-estruturada, as quais foram analisadas por meio da Análise Temática. Evidenciou-se que o enfermeiro, enquanto líder é visto como um exemplo a ser seguido, responsável por contribuir com a motivação da equipe. Entre as dificuldades encontradas destacaram-se a falta de apoio pela gestão municipal, falta de perfil profissional, relações interpessoais conflitantes, sobrecarga e necessidade de um ambiente profissional saudável. Entre as estratégias foi exposto o trabalho em equipe, diálogo e escuta respeito interprofissional, as quais contribuem para fortalecer a liderança do enfermeiro neste modelo assistencial.
