The exponent b of LWRs for all populations fluctuated within the limit of 2.5 < b < 3.5 which were in agreement with findings of other researchers (Froese, ; Han et al., ; Ilkyaz, Metin, Soykan, & Kinacigil, ; Islam et al., ; Siddik, Hanif, Chaklader, Nahar, & Mahmud, ).
