Lecithin requirements of juvenile Australian red claw crayfish Cherax quadricarinatus

Abstract: Australian red claw crayfish Cherax quadricarinatus is considered a popular crustacean species in several countries around the world because of its large size potential and resemblance to high‐priced American lobsters.
