Teaching skills are the main skills every teacher needs to produce a generation of quality teachers. But the fact is that the performance appraisal that has been going on so far has used manual performance appraisal with a rubric. It raises a problem, namely, the evaluation becomes complicated and inefficient. The research aims to develop student performance applications in deaf student learning by conducting a needs analysis of current student skills and the material and content needed. The research design used a quantitative descriptive survey method of 120 Special Education study program students. The survey contains subject-related questions, which were distributed to 120 students. The data analysis technique uses descriptive qualitative analysis. The results showed that the level of students' skills in the teaching practice of deaf students was in the sufficient category, namely 99 respondents (82.5%). Data from material analysis showed that 75 respondents (62.5%) strongly agreed, 31 respondents (25.8%) agreed, and 2 respondents (1.7%) disagreed. Data from the content analysis showed that 79 respondents (65.8%) strongly agreed, 24 respondents (20%) agreed, and 3 respondents (2.5%) disagreed. The development of performance applications is based on the results of a needs analysis based on digital technology to assess students' abilities in teaching deaf students.

The lack of focus on HOTS assessment in the education system can lead to a lack of encouragement for students to develop critical, analytical and creative thinking skills. This research aims to develop a HOTS instrument for HOTS abilities for sixth grade elementary school students with theme 2 (Unity in Difference). The development of instruments in this research was guided by the Borg and Gall model. The HOTS instrument developed is a test in essay form. Meanwhile, the object in this research is the quality of the question items. The data collected in this research is data regarding the HOTS ability instrument. The method used to collect data in this research is the test method. Data were analyzed using content validity analysis tests, item validity tests, reliability tests, discrimination tests, and difficulty level tests. The content validity test results tested by five HOTS Instrument experts were declared relevant, the average content validity test results were declared valid, the average instrument validity test results were declared valid, the average instrument reliability test results were at very high criteria, the average results of the power test results which are in the good different power criteria, the average results of the difficulty level scores of the questions which are in the medium level category of difficulty. It was concluded that the HOTS ability instrument for sixth grade elementary school students with theme 2 (Unity in Difference) is suitable for measuring students' HOTS abilities in solving problems and training students to think creatively.

The ability to accompany teachers in guiding student practitioners that is less than optimal causes a decrease in the quality of learning management. Lack of understanding and awareness of managing learning in terms of learning practices must receive serious attention, provide instruments in clear modules or guidelines, and post-implementation evaluations. This study aims to develop a teacher's professional practice training module for teacher assistants to guide students' practice in managing to learn. The type of model and design used is research and development by combining the Rowntree, Borg, and Gall models. The study subjects were assistant teachers at the Early Childhood Education Unit and Elementary School, totaling 40 people. Methods of collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The data analysis techniques are descriptive qualitative analysis and statistical inferential. The results of the study were the results of the assessment by material experts (93.64%), design experts (88.57%), and media experts (86.75%), who stated that the teacher training professional practice module developed was feasible to use. The results of individual and group trials of 30 respondents also experienced an increase, with a free test score of 76.33% and a post-test score of 84.37%. These results indicate an increase in the ability to guide teachers accompanying students with learning outcomes of 8.04, so the teaching professional practice training module for accompanying teachers is feasible and effective.
