Le traitment adjonctif par un collyre de mitomycine après excision du ptérygion: l'expérience tessinoise

Abstract: The rate of recurrence after excision of the pterygium and followed by instillation of mitomycin drops is lower than the other described treatments. However, complications described in literature, yet not observed in our own study, underline the necessity of a prolonged perspective study.
