Lamellar Macular Hole Formation in a Patient With Diabetic CME Treated by Intravitreal Bevacizumab Injections

Abstract: A 49-year-old woman with a diagnosis of diabetic cystoid macular edema in both eyes presented with the appearance of a macular hole in the left eye 1 month after intravitreal bevacizumab injection. Optical coherence tomography demonstrated a lamellar macular hole in the left eye.
