Kredensialing Sebagai Upaya Pengembangan Staf

Abstract: Kredensialing dalam organisasi kesehatan terbukti dapat menjadi salah satu jalan ke depan dalam agenda rapat kesehatan kontemporer dan perkembangan di abad ke-21. Tujuan dalam kajian ini Bagaimana kredensialing berupaya mengembangkan Staf. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah kajian literatur.
