This article aims to describe the pattern of the leadership of Kiai and activities Pondok Pesantren Buntet Cirebon West Java. The method used is qualitative descriptive. In conclusion: (1) the Leadership of Kiai in organizing and managing pesantren Buntet shows responsibility, attention, full of appeal and a big influence for the students. Attitudes, behavior, and actions Kiai observed and interpreted by the students in the life sehani-day in pesantren Buntet. (2) Pesantren Buntet manages the learning shalaf with the system sorogan, wetonan, halaqah, and Bahtsul Masa ‘il and Khalaf with the learning system of the modern and innovative. (3) the supporting Factors in managing learning in Pesantren Buntet: (a) lack of awareness, willingness, competence, and expertise of the Kiai sepuh and manager better. (b) maintaining the attitude and behavior of noble character. (c) the relationship of Kiai and santri, dan Kiai with the community very well. The inhibiting factor is: (a) minimal supporting infrastructure and facilities. (b) the limited education budget. (c) the limited local learning and infrastructure of learning. (d) the management of the boarding school of the weak and the Period of study for quite a long time. (4) the Efforts of the improvement and development of pesantren Buntet of endeavoring to overcome the obstacles faced Pesantren Buntet.

This article aims to analyze: 1) the role of the kiai's leadership in strengthening the moderation attitude of the students at the Al-Khoirot Islamic Boarding School, 2) the steps taken by the Kiai, 3) the evaluation carried out by the kiai's leadership. This research uses a qualitative approach, the type of case study. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out in three steps, namely: data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion. Checking the data's validity is done using the credibility, dependency test, and certainty test. The results of this study are as follows: first, Kiai Pondok Pesantren Al-Khoirot in carrying out his leadership has four roles, namely: Kiai as a guide, Kiai as an agent of change, Kiai as spokesperson, and Kiai as a coach. To achieve the top leadership role, Kiai uses a situational leadership style in the form of delegation, guidance, and direction to subordinates. Second, in shaping and strengthening the moderation attitude of the santri, the Kiai emphasizes the study of books by the Kiai and the curriculum. Third, the implementation of the Kiai's leadership in strengthening the religious moderation of students at the Al-Khoirot Islamic Boarding School has not encountered significant obstacles. Likewise, the implementation of strengthening the attitude of religious moderation of students by the expectations of the Kiai. The daily characteristics of santri in implementing the attitude of religious moderation are good.

This study aims to test: 1) the influence of green organizational culture on innovative green behavior, 2) the role of ethical leadership in moderating the influence of green organizational culture on innovative green behavior. This research was conducted with a survey and involved all Batik Small & Medium Enterprises (SMEs) employees in Berbah subdistrict, Sleman, Yogyakarta, Indonesia. The number of employees is 115 people and work in 12 SMEs. The researcher used mixed methods (quantitative and qualitative) to obtain factual data. Interviews and questionary were data carried out. Researchers used the qualitative method by conducting in-person interviews of SMEs owners and workers. Instrument tests use confirmatory factor analysis and reliability tests. The research instruments are examined using confirmatory factor analysis and reliability tests. The hypothesis testing is done by simple regression and moderation regression. Hypothesis test results show that green organizational culture positively affects innovative behavior, and ethical leadership moderates the influence of green organizational culture on innovative green behavior. The results of this study have theoretical implications and managerial implications that are beneficial to leaders in improving innovative environmentally friendly behaviors. Given the lack of analysis of the role of ethical leadership in increasing the influence of green organizational culture on innovative behavior that is environmentally friendly, further research is needed in the future.
