Kemampuan Manajerial Kepala Sekolah Dalam Pengelolaan Sekolah Dasar

Abstract: Kepala sekolah dapat menjalankan tugas pokok dan fungsinya secara efektif, apabila ia menguasai manajemen dengan baik, sehingga pada akhirnya dapat mencapai produk pendidikan yang bermutu.
