In an effort to improve the health status of the Indonesian people, the quality of hospital services must always be improved through easy access to health facilities. One way is to use an online-based registration service system. This literature review aims to examine some of the problems that occur in online-based registration services. The method used is by conducting a review of various journals on international and online-based registration services in Indonesia, in the 2010-2019 period. Searching for journals using ResearchGate and Google Scholar, the journals that are looking for are journals in the health sector, after several screenings and reviews that match the theme, 22 journals are obtained. The use of an online-based registration service system can reduce the length of patient queues when registering before getting service from a doctor. Several hospitals in Indonesia have used online-based registration services, but there are still many obstacles. This obstacle can occur during the planning process as well as during the service implementation process, for example, namely lack of human resources, missing SOPs, a patient who cannot use a cellphone and a lack of information on patients about the online registration system. The benefits of making this literature review are expected that hospitals that will implement online-based registration services understand and understand what are the factors of obstacles to online registration services so that they are better prepared to avoid these obstacle factors.

Skipjack tuna Katsuwonus pelamis is one of the commercial fishes in Indonesia. This species is frequency caught by fishermen in Indian Ocean, North Sumatra Province. Therefore, the objectives of the present study were to identify endoparasitic worms and examine the infection level in skipjack tuna K. pelamis from North Sumatera Indian Ocean. Sampling was conducted in Horizon Private Fishing Port, Sibolga from 21 June to 5 July 2019. A total of 25 fish samples with weight ranges from 390 g to 670 g and total length from 29.3 cm to 34.6 cm. The identification of the worm was carried out in the laboratory using a stereo microscope. The results showed that there were eighth species of worms were found in intestine and stomach of the fish with varies level incidency, for example Echinorhynchus sp. and Rhadinorhynchus sp. with 100% intestinal incidences; Neoechinorhynchus sp.had 72% intestinal incidences; Leptorhynchoides sp. had 56% intestinal incidences; Pomphorhynchus sp. with 32% intestinal incidency; and Acanthocephalus sp. with 20% intestinal incidency. It is concluded that the Echinorhynchus sp. and Rhadinorhynchus sp. had higher incidency.

Pelayanan pendaftaran adalah jenis pelayanan pertama yang berinteraksi langsung dengan pasien. Prosedur pendaftaran rawat jalan setiap rumah sakit memiliki sistem pelayanan yang berbeda yang bergantung pada kebijakan masing-masing rumah sakit. Rumah sakit memiliki proses pendaftaran rawat jalan yang masih belum optimal dan masih banyak pasien yang belum memahami proses pendaftaran rawat jalan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran umum pelayanan pendaftaran rawat jalan di Rumah Sakit Santa Elisabeth Batam Kota. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan wawancara dan pengamatan langsung/observasi di RS Santa Elisabeth Batam Kota. Dari hasil penelitian mendapatkan sistem pendaftaran pasien rawat jalan di Rumah Sakit Santa Elisabeth Batam Kota yaitu secara langsung, dan secara tidak langsung (melalui telepon). Selama proses pelayanan terdapat beberapa permasalahan yang terjadi antara lain pasien tidak mengetahui bahwa nomor antrian untuk ke dokter tertentu dipisahkan mengakibatnya pasien yang sudah mengambil nomor antrian di mesin antrian kembali lagi ke meja satpam untuk mengambil nomor antrian baru, serta Server Sistem Informasi error. Alur pelayanan rawat jalan RS Santa Elisabeth Batam Kota sudah sesuai SOP meskipun masih ada beberapa masalah di Tempat Pendaftaran Pasien Rawat Jalan (TPPRJ).
