Keberadaan Uang Pesangon Dalam Pemutusan Hubungan Kerja Demi Hukum Di Perusahaan Yang Sudah Menyelenggarakan Program Jaminan Pensiun

Abstract: Penelitian ini mengkaji keberadaan uang pesangon dalam pemutusan hubungan kerja demi hukum di perusahaan yang sudah menyelenggarakan program jaminan pensiun dan SK Direksi sebagai dasar pengaturannya. Penelitian ini bersifat normatifdengan data sekunder sebagai sumber data utama. Data dianalisis secara kualitatif dan disajikan secara deskriptif.
