PMK 24 of 2022 states that all health service facilities must maintain electronic medical records in accordance with the provisions of the Ministerial Regulation no later than 31 December 2023. Based on an initial survey, the current information system often experiences problems such as the emergence of duplication of patient data (redundancy), inefficiency is shown by the large number of patients who complain about long queues due to the clinic management system being manual and not yet integrated. Another thing, doctors complain about is the difficulty in tracking the patient's medical history. The aim of this research is to design an Integrated Clinical Management Information System, a qualitative research type, with primary data sources from interviews with 1 key informant who is the owner of the main clinic. Based on the research results, the design of an integrated management information system with 4 integrated components, namely patients, clinic staff, clinic doctors and pharmacies with several login facilities, patient registration, examination fees, examination results and drug stock.
