This research aims to analyze the results of implementing the 12-year compulsory education program using the CIPP model in Southeast Sulawesi study using a qualitative approach with a CIPP evaluation method (context, input, process, and product). The research was conducted in the Province of Southeast Sulawesi, specifically at the Department of Education and Culture of Southeast Sulawesi. The participants involved were the head of the education and culture office at the Southeast Sulawesi Province Education and Culture Office and the head of the section responsible for managing elementary to high school education. School principals and teachers from elementary school, junior high school and senior high school are 50 people. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Data analysis in this study consisted of three stages, namely 1) data reduction, 2) data presentation, and 3) conclusion. The study results showed that the 12-year compulsory education program had been implemented correctly. The context aspect had been carried out by the laws and regulations set by the government. The input aspect showed that program planning was adjusted to legality and field needs. However, the resources for education personnel were still lacking, and the government in Southeast Sulawesi government had appointed honorary teachers and provided various training to improve their competence. Whereas in the process aspect, it was shown in the lack of learning facilities and infrastructure, which still needs to be completed by developments in global needs so that graduates can be qualified, and in the product aspect, it has been shown by the achievement of pure enrollment rates and gross enrollment rates that exceed the initial target. So, this research has implications for the awareness of all parties involved in the implementation of education that the responsibility for the success of this compulsory education program requires cooperation.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan menguji model Delone & McLean untuk memprediksi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat siswa terhadap penggunaan aplikasi pembelajaran (Nearpod) dalam mendukung proses pembelajaran IPA. Model penelitian ini telah dikembangkan yang dibuat berdasarkan kualitas informasi, kualitas sistem, kepuasan siswa, efikasi diri, kemudahan penggunaan yang dirasakan, dan minat menggunakan aplikasi Nearpod. Data diperoleh dari survei online dengan 92 responden dari siswa kelas 4 dan kelas 3 sekolah dasar, dan kemudian data dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan pemodelan struktural kuadrat terkecil parsial (PLS-SEM) untuk pengujian model dan pengujian hipotesis. Didapatkan hasil signifikan pada kegunaan yang dirasakan terhadap minat menggunakan aplikasi Nearpod dengan nilai (β = 0,439), T = 2,347, dan P Values = (0,010).Oleh karena itu, H3 ditolak sementara H8 diterima artinya penelitian ini menemukan bahwa pengembangan model Delone & McLean memberikan acuan praktis bagi lembaga pendidikan khususnya guru dan siswa SD untuk terlibat dalam penggunaan media pembelajaran menggunakan aplikasi Nearpod untuk setiap pelajaran.

Pendidikan merupakan salah satu faktor yang memengaruhi pembangunan dalam suatu negara, tidak terkecuali Indonesia. Komitmen pendidikan bangsa Indonesia, ditegaskan dalam konstitusi UUD’45 Pasal 31, untuk menjamin hak mendapatkan pendidikan tiap warganya. Landasan konstitusional tersebut kemudian diterjemahkan kedalam kebijakan pemerintah, salah satunya Program Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS) yang diluncurkan tahun 2005. Program BOS bertujuan untuk memberikan akses pendidikan seluas-luasnya bagi tiap lapisan masyarakat Indonesia, guna mewujudkan pendidikan yang berkeadilan dan bermutu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengelolaan dana Bantuan Operasional Sekolah pada sekolah dasar di Kota Surabaya, dimana Kota Surabaya merupakan kota terbesar di provinsi Jawa Timur dengan jumlah penduduk yang besar serta angka putus sekolah yang tinggi pula. Dengan menggunakan teknik model Kaelan, data diperoleh melalui studi kepustakaan dari literatur-literatur terkait. Hasil penelitan menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan program dana BOS pada sekolah dasar di Kota Surabaya belum sepenuhnya memenuhi asas anggaran diantaranya adalah asas kecermatan, asas terperinci, asas keseluruhan, asas keterbukaan, asasperiodik, dan asas pembebanan. Kata Kunci: Evaluasi, Pengelolaan, Bantuan Operasional Sekolah. Education is one of the factors that influence development in a country, including Indonesia. The commitment to the Indonesian nation's education is affirmed in the constitution of the UUD'45 Article 31 to guarantee the right to education for every citizen. This constitutional foundation can help develop government policies, one of which is the School Operational Assistance Program (BOS) launched in 2005. The BOS program aims to provide the broadest possible access to education for every Indonesian society level to realize a just and quality education. This study aims to manage school operational assistance funds in elementary schools in the city of Surabaya, where the city of Surabaya is the largest in East Java province with a large population and a high dropout rate. Using Kaelan technical model, the data were obtained through literature study from related literature. The research results show that the management of the BOS program at elementary schools in the city of Surabaya has not met budgetary principles, including the principle of accuracy, the principle of detail, the principle of transparency, the principle of periodic, and the principle of imposition.
