Job satisfaction as a strategy for increasing teachers’ creativity in teaching

Abstract: This study aims to expose creativity as an essential aspect for teachers at schools, and how it is affected by job satisfaction. It employs a quantitative method with causal approach. It involves 219 private vocational high school teachers, whose number is resolved under the Slovin formula and selected by simple random sampling.
