Iodine Doping of Amorphous Carbon Thin Films Deposited by Thermal CVD

Abstract: A simple thermal chemical vapor deposition method is employed for the deposition of amorphous carbon thin films by natural precursor camphor oil onto the glass substrates and the iodine doping process.
