“…Al: ZnO (AZO) films have limitations such as rapid oxidation of Al and low thermal stability. Ga: ZnO (GZO) films have low durability in humid environment and are more expensive than AZO films [13].…”

“…Figure 1 shows X‐ray diffraction (XRD) patterns of the pure ZnO (JCPDS No.36‐1451) and the ZnO:Al films prepared at different deposition temperatures. For all the samples, the diffraction peak positions of 2 θ located at about 31.8°, 34.3°, 36.3°, 47.6° and 62.9° are associated with the (100), (002), (101), (102) and (103) plane of hexagonal phase according to the JCPDS No.36‐1451 card (ZnO) 29,30. Obviously, the intensity of (002) peak is much stronger than the others.…”

“…Recently, attentions have been drawn to the co-doping process in which the two elements are doped into ZnO simultaneously, such as Al and Ga co-doped ZnO (AGZO), B and Al co-doped ZnO (BAZO), B and Ga co-doped ZnO (BGZO), Mg and Ga co-doped ZnO (MGZO) [1,[16][17][18][19][20], because co-doped ZnO films are expected to show some improvements in electrical and optical properties of TCOs. Among those co-doped ZnO films, relatively few researches have previously been reported on B and Ga co-doped ZnO films.…”
