Natural Language Processing (NLP) for the Arabic language has gained much significance in recent years. The most commonly-utilized NLP task is the 'Text Classification' process. Its main intention is to apply the Machine Learning (ML) approaches for automatically classifying the textual files into one or more pre-defined categories. In ML approaches, the first and foremost crucial step is identifying an appropriate large dataset to test and train the method. One of the trending ML techniques, i.e., Deep Learning (DL) technique needs huge volumes of different types of datasets for training to yield the best outcomes. The current study designs a new Dice Optimization with a Deep Hybrid Boltzmann Machinebased Arabic Corpus Classification (DODHBM-ACC) model in this background. The presented DODHBM-ACC model primarily relies upon different stages of pre-processing and the word2vec word embedding process. For Arabic text classification, the DHBM technique is utilized. This technique is a hybrid version of the Deep Boltzmann Machine (DBM) and Deep Belief Network (DBN). It has the advantage of learning the decisive intention of the classification process. To adjust the hyperparameters of the DHBM technique, the Dice Optimization Algorithm (DOA) is exploited in this study. The experimental analysis was conducted to establish the superior performance of the proposed DODHBM-ACC model. The outcomes inferred the better performance of the proposed DODHBM-ACC model over other recent approaches.

The purpose of this study: first, to find out the type of language boarding program at the Salafiyyah Syafi'iyyah Islamic Boarding School in Situbondo. Second, to find out the planning of programs offered in the language boarding house Salafiyyah Syafi'iyyah Sukorejo Situbondo. This study uses qualitative research with descriptive methods. The data collection is done by observation and interview with the head of the language boarding house. Data analysis in this study consisted of 3 stages: data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. The results of this paper inform several things: 1) The type of activity: mufrodat, al-barqi, khitobah (khitobah, khitobah rolling, khitobah akbar), reading books, memorizing, insha ', club studies, competitions (reading books by examining memorization from Arbain and mufrodat and mc traditions, reading news, advertisements, khitobah, debates, and drama). 2) Arabic language program in language boarding house using a SWOT analysis (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats) with the type of short-term planning that is within a year in the form of operational plans to achieve long-term goals.

I'rab learning is one of the aspects that must be studied by a student to help read the Yellow Book, but in fact, there was some student who have difficulty to the understanding I'rab, therefore, it is necessary to research to find out these problems. This research aims to identify whether the problems of students and teachers in this I'rab learning. This research uses a qualitative method with the case study type, data sources were taken to eight informants through direct interviews using a set of interview protocols. All the data were analyzed thematically using NVivo 12 Software. The research findings found nine main themes about the problems of students and teachers in I'rab learning. The nine themes consist of three problematic students themes: i) low vocabulary mastery (مفردات), ii) difficulty in I'rab sentences (جملة) in the Yellow Book, iii) lack of mastery of I'rab terms. Furthermore, the six teachers of problematic themes in I'rab learning include: iv) the teacher not teaching according to the ability of the students, v) less varied learning, vi) learning is only centered in one direction (Teacher Center), vii) teachers placement by expertise, viii) teachers changes frequently, and ix) mastering the concept of learning by the teacher was lacking. The results of this research can be used as preliminary data for future researchers in examining these problems in the context of different issues.
