Inverted Papilloma of the Urinary Bladder in a Girl

Abstract: We report a case of inverted papilloma of the urinary bladder in a 10-year-old girl. She was referred to us with intermittent asymptomatic gross hematuria. A polypoid, pedunculated mass, which had a thin and long stalk, approximately 6 × 20 mm in diameter, was observed by cystscopic examination at the right paratrigone.
