Intuition and rationality in intrapreneurship and innovation outputs: The case of health professionals in primary health care

Abstract: The aim of this article is to explore the role of cognitive styles and intrapreneurship in health professionals’ innovation outputs, as well the mediated effect of intrapreneurship between cognitive styles and innovation output.
