Abstract: 97 RESUMOO artigo analisa a unificação das experiências políticas dos três grandes espaços escravistas da América do século XIX, Estados Unidos, Cuba e Brasil, após o surgimento da aliança do movimento abolicionista anglo-americano na década de 1830.
