Disharmonious relations in the family create the unfavorable background for the emotional development of the child. They often lead to violations of child-parent relations in the family. This study is aimed at identifying the main problems of the disharmonious relations in the family influence on the occurrence of violations in the child's behavior of the child. Children experience the most acute feelings in the situation of сontact disruption with parents, lack of their warmth and care, divorce, intra-family conflicts affecting the nature of child-parent relations.Our study of child-parent relations is reduced to solving two main tasks, according to which the choice of methods is carried out. The article reveals the characteristics of child-parent relations in disharmonious families. Theoretical analysis and empirical research showed that the parents' psychological and personal problems, which they solve at the expense of their children, are at the basis of disharmonious relationships in the family. This kind of parents' problems is revealed in the article. These are conflicts between mother and father, lack of the parental feelings development, projection of their own interests and desires on a child, bringing conflict between spouses into the sphere of upbringing. It is these problems that directly affect the behavior of children. The study confirmed our hypothesis. A purposeful work is needed to identify and prevent disharmonious relations in the family.

The article presents the results of experimental studies of the psycho-diagnostic parent-child relationship in 25 families with preschool children (5-6 years), who are patients of acute lymphoblastic leukaemia. The study was conducted using the following methods: PARI, (Schaefer and Bell); "The analysis of family relationships," (Eidemiller and Yustitskis); Rene Gilles, aimed to study the sphere of interpersonal relations of the child and his perception of family relations -"Kinetic family picture," as modified by Burns and Kaufman. The results of our study have shown that 'psychologically affluent' families were ones where affected children (boys) were in a relationship with their families and siblings.The families of the girls indicated "phobia of losing a child" and "conflict between the parents." In families with only one child predominantly, there were "conflict between parents", "emergency intervention in the child's life," and "projection on the child's own undesirable qualities." The threat of the loss of an only child, of course, is a very painful experience for parents, causing a lot of negative emotions and conditions. Analysis of the relationship between the studied parameters in single-parent families has shown that the more a mother takes care of her seriously ill child, the less the child needs to communicate and the more negative the child relates to siblings. Parental conflicts lead to the fact that the child has become an indicator of dominance within the family relation.

A university should become an important factor in the process of forming a new value system, that is why in university's educational process it is necessary to update the value of a family within such courses as "Psychology of Family and Family Relationships", "Family Pedagogy". The family component of professional psychological and pedagogical competence determines the direction of future educational psychologists' training based on a family values priority, priority of children upbringing and familyoriented lifestyle.To actualize the value of these disciplines means that a teacher transfers significant valuable knowledge, which helps the formation of student's value consciousness, value attitude, value behavior. This approach helps to ensure personal choice and appropriation of values and leading ideological ideas by students.The purpose of this study is to investigate the dynamics of changes of future educational psychologists' family-orientated competence development. The article presents the results of the research conducted in 2004-2005-2017.
