Background: Transition to machine learning, personalized medicine, and high-tech healthcare requires up-todate medical personnel. The higher medical school is transforming the system of training specialists using modern digital technologies and is starting education in the associated pre-universities, thus necessitating research into effects of current technologies on the functional state of high school students. Materials and methods: In April 2019, based on voluntary informed consent, we examined 181 healthy Moscow medical pre-university students (15–17 years of age) and assessed the impact of learning on the central nervous system, musculoskeletal system, and visual analyzer. Results: Traditional lessons in the pre-university are combined with project activities and development of practical skills. Phantom and simulation technologies along with modular construction of the curriculum are used to form practical knowledge and skills. The study load of 38–40 hours a week exceeds hygienic standards. Individual project activities in small groups (up to five students) with teachers last 20 hours a week. Simulation classes are held once a week after the main classes and last 90 minutes with a 5-minute break. Classes using simulation technologies are not always hygienically rational. Study loads, specifics of the timetable and teaching techniques approximated to university ones are adequate to functional capabilities of the body of medical pre-university students. Simulation classes cause no pronounced deviations in the neuromuscular apparatus of students. Most students demonstrate high stress tolerance and a greater motivational readiness for simulation exercises. Emotional tension and high anxiety rates are almost similar during traditional lessons and simulation activities on phantoms. Conclusions: It is advisable to make wider use of modern digital (simulation, phantom, virtual) and design and research teaching technologies including in medical classes of educational institutions.

РЕЗЮМЕ Введение. Знание врачом индивидуальной анатомии с позиций трехмерной топографии органных структур каждого пациента становится лидирующей задачей на пути решения вопросов высококачественной помощи, оказываемой современной медицинской практикой. Цель работы. Создать и внедрить в образовательный процесс при изучении дисциплины «Анатомия» на младших курсах медицинского университета новый обучающий продукт-интерактивный анатомический стол «Пирогов». Материал и методы. Для математического моделирования и создания трехмерной модели человека применяли методы медицинской интроскопии, сканирование препарированных анатомических структур человеческого организма 3D-ска нером и другие методы исследования. Результаты. Создана высокореалистичная низкополигональная модель тела человека и на ее основе атлас трехмерной анатомии «In body Anatomy». Представленная модель позволила построить программно-аппаратный комплекс для виртуальной работы с трехмерной моделью человеческого тела-интерактивный анатомический стол «Пирогов». Заключение. Интерактивный анатомический атлас 3D-изображений «Пирогов» позволяет перевести изучение дисциплин анатомического характера в новое русло вычислительной анатомии, или anatomia in silico. Introduction. Universities start their education in their associated pre-universities using University principles of education and modern technologies. The study of the impact of specialized medical training on senior high school students, and the justification of approaches to the hygienic assessment of modern technologies for their specialized training is relevant. Material and methods. The study based on the pre-University of Sechenov University, attended by 181 students aged 15-17 years. The assessment of the psychophysiological status of students was performed using specialized questionnaires (Klimov, Kettel, Schulte, Munsterberg, Spielberg-Hannin, SAN). Physiological methods included the assessment of indices: CFFF, RBD, tremorometry. Results. Specialized medical training exceeds the weekly training load-38-40 hours. Individual project activities are allocated 20 hours per week. Simulation classes are held once a week for 90 minutes with a 5-minute break in the middle. The schedule of classes corresponds to the physiological performance curve. The duration of homework exceeds hygiene standards in 69.2% of students. Among the students, only one in four has a tendency to work in the “person - to-person” system. Mental performance, indices of CSCM, RDO of students in the dynamics of the school day are stable. Indices of tremorometry in simulation classes are stable and indicate a good state of coordination capabilities of the hands. In simulation activities, 53.5% of students have higher-than-average activity, which is 1.4 times more than in a traditional lesson. All students are characterized by a high level of anxiety in all types of educational activities. Conclusion. Training using design and research, digital, simulation, and phantom technologies is adequate to the physiological capabilities of the body of students and can be recommended for the use in medical profile training. Hygienic examination of technologies of profile training of pupils should be based on a comprehensive approach, including assessment of psychophysiological status of students, and also indices of a psychofunctional state students during the lessons.
