The green term, as the concurrence of opinion between infrastructure and economy, has the ability to integrate natural resources and environmental services into the national income and wealth account. However, the mutual effects of green infrastructure (GI) and green economy (GE) are not always clear. This study aims to develop the influences of GI criteria into the implementation of GE in the context of sustainable development (SD) through using novel hybrid methods: the decisionmaking trial and evaluation laboratory (DEMATEL) method was used to examine the efficiency and interrelationship among GI criteria; the analytical network process (ANP) was used to prioritize GI criteria based on their influences on three GE indicators; and the remaining two stages applied the hybridization and integration methods, with MATLAB software, to finalize the results. Results from the hybridization method showed that the weights of the GI criteria differed based on three GE indicators.Affordability is a prime GI criteria at 61% based on the socio-economic indicator.However, this prime weight was at 43% based on the eco-environment indicator, and at 32% based on resource efficiency plus 31% based on socio-environment indicator. The final results were finalized with integration method, which demonstrated the contribution GI criteria made to GE implementation. The highest weight percentages appertained to affordability (61%) and resource efficiency (21%), while the minority weight of 18% went to the rest of the GI criteria. Primarily, the affordability and resource efficiency categories were found to empower green infrastructure for the implementation of green economy in the SD context. The article is devoted to solving the problem of evaluation and selection of investment projects aimed at developing territorial communities, taking into account the concept of sustainable development. The problem of choosing from possible alternative solutions is not easy for decision makers and requires qualified justification. This is especially important in the context of decentralization reform, advancement of Ukraine towards society openness, increase of transparency requirements to the authorities and their results. Decision making on the basis of the sustainable development concept determines the evaluation of investment projects in terms of their effectiveness in solving problems of social, economic and environmental nature, finding a balance between these components. The peculiarity of the assessments is not so much quantitative as qualitative character, which makes it expedient to use the apparatus of fuzzy logic. The fuzzy model of evaluation of investment project aimed at developing a territorial community is constructed and substantiated in the work. The model is based on quantitative and qualitative evaluations of the social, economic and environmental components of the concept and enables a "soft" -qualitative evaluation of the investment project under consideration. Modeling results are based on the method of deciding on the choice of investment projects for the development of territorial communities. The proposed model and method are implemented by the Fuzzy Logic Toolbox application, were applied to substantiate decisions for the territorial community of Zaporizhzhia region, and can be used in the development of decision support systems to quantify the decisions and variant calculations.

The current rationale of transport provision is based on population demand, disregarding land use and socioeconomic information. To meet the challenge to promote a more equitable resource distribution, this work aims at identifying and describing patterns of urban services supply, their accessibility, and household income. By using a multidimensional approach, the spatial inequalities of a large city of the global south reveal that the low-income population has low access mainly to hospitals and cultural centers. A low-income group presents an intermediate level of accessibility to public schools and sports centers, evidencing the diverse condition of citizens in the peripheries.These complex outcomes generated by the interaction of land use and public transportation emphasize the importance of comprehensive methodological approaches to support decisions of urban projects, plans and programs. Reducing spatial inequalities, especially providing services for deprived groups, is fundamental to promote the sustainable use of resources and optimize the daily commuting.
