Factors defining business adaptability to economic changes were identified. Creation of service clusters will provide the balance of interests for all agencies using technological machines and increase their performance. The result of the study is a solution of the optimization task aimed at determining the criteria of economic activities of a network of enterprises that service objects of amelioration with the use of various equipment. This solution enables regulating the level of materials and equipment taking into account the expected demand for repair stock and expected minimization of transportation costs for distributing stocks with estimate of the function of flow rates accounting. The system of distributing dead stocks of materials and equipment is proposed. The authors elaborated the economic-and-mathematical model for storage costs optimization when warehousing and selling unused materials and equipment. Results of testing the distribution scheme for dead stock of materials and equipment belonging to Stroytekhnika company, who is a supplier of consumables, fuel and lubricants, as well as spare parts for reclamation and road construction machinery.

The concept of a multidisciplinary approach to assessing the resource of individual components of the machine by combining database information based on simulation techniques and functional tensomethration is proposed. Simulations determine the reperative points of the tendometric sensors. The creation of a diagnostic model using basic concepts of information theory has allowed the development of a synergistic model for the recognition of the area of displacement of areas of uncertainty, which will ensure the identification of the defect (risk-denial). The formation of an electronic database of parametric data on the nature of loads as a diagnostic indicator of the change in the accuracy of pairing in machine systems is justified. Experimental studies were conducted on the model of the quick-capler. Hierarchical structuring of the machine to the level of mating parts with digital control of the criticality of the magnitude of external and internal loads ensures reliability control throughout the entire service life of the machine. When disposing of machines, this data allows you to obtain information about the residual resources of the elements for their reuse or the feasibility of restoration. This, in turn, will ensure the environmental friendliness and economy of the process.

Basalt plastic, thanks to its complex of valuable operational properties, has a potential variety of applications. the article describes the technology of production of basalt plastics with various types of hybrid matrices, one of the components of which is cured in the molding process, and the second-like a binder in natural materials, retains its viscoelastic state. The viscoelastic component makes it possible to increase the deformation properties in the zones of their location, preventing cracking under increased loads. As a result of the conducted mechanical tensile tests, the average values of absolute breaking forces, tensile strength and elongation during fracture of basalt plastic samples with different types of hybrid matrices were obtained. The addition of viscoelastic components (such as technical wax, anaerobic, and organosilicon polymer materials) to the basalt plastic matrix allows to increase the elongation at fracture by 2...5%. Anaerobic polymer material in the basalt plastic matrix allows to increase the tensile strength of the composite material, as well as significantly reduce the dispersion of the measured values. This provides an effective prediction of the operational properties of the structural material in the design of products. On the basis of microanalysis of the structure of basalt plastics with different types of hybrid matrices, an explanation of the causes of changes in the mechanical properties of the resulting composite materials is given.
